Walter Cronkite Dead: Legendary Newsman Dies At 92
It's a fitting tribute to this man that, even today, when you mention the name, "Walter Cronkite," one of the first things that comes to mind is trust. He was often referred to as "The Most Trusted Man In America," and it's a phrase that fit. Today's generation thankfully can look back at his reports through various electronic means at their fingertips. I feel fortunate--I wrote to Mr. Cronkite years ago, and he was gracious enough to send me an autographed picture. A legend, gone, and deeply missed.
